Move a watchlist anywhere, in two clicks.
TickerDrop is a free Chrome extension. It copies a stock list out of TradingView, Chartink or your broker, and drops it into another one. No retyping, no spreadsheets.
Two tabs. That's the whole idea.
Click the TickerDrop icon in your Chrome toolbar on any supported page. Export copies the list on that page. Import puts a list into it. Try the tabs on the popup.
Export where the list is
Open the page that has your stocks: a TradingView watchlist, a Chartink scan or dashboard, or a broker watchlist. Click TickerDrop, then Export. It reads the list and remembers it.
Import where you want it
Open the page you want the stocks in. Click TickerDrop. On Import, click Use the list you just exported. You can also paste a list, or drop a .txt or .csv file.
Check, then add
The popup shows what will happen first: the groups, what's already there, and whether the list has room. Click Add. You can close the popup; progress shows on the page.
Pick where your list is, and where it should go.
You get the exact steps for that route, and the small things worth knowing.
From where the stocks are now
To where they should go
What works where, and how.
Each website works a little differently. Here's which page to open, what TickerDrop can do there, and the details.
Watch it work. Change your mind.
A small panel appears on the page while TickerDrop adds your stocks. When it's done, it keeps a few useful buttons. Press the buttons below to see each state.
Stop any time
The Stop button finishes the stock in hand and stops. Everything added so far stays.
Retry what didn't go in
Each stock that failed is listed with the reason, for example "only listed on BSE". Retry them in one click, or copy the list.
Undo removes only what it added
Your other stocks stay put. On Kite and Dhan, it also removes the groups or sections it made. It asks once more before removing.
Clear, with a backup first
On the Export tab, Clear empties the open list. Before it does, the list is copied to your clipboard, so you can put it back with Import.
It only does what you click.
